We’ll mash the
lazy myth
together!
It might look like YOU DON’T CARE or you’re LAZY to others. You might even believe it yourself.

Executive functioning challenges can create barriers to getting started, finishing, and maintaining new strategies or plans you create.
About Lauren
Lauren is an ADHD and executive functioning coach who’s passionate about helping student’s learn about their unique brains and how to manage challenges and their celebrate wins.
It is estimated that students with ADHD, on average, receive 20,000 more negative messages by the age of 10. Lauren’s coaching philosophy is based on the belief that her clients are capable and whole individuals and there is nothing to “fix”.
Lauren helps students learn how their unique brains work, develop strategies and routines to approach challenges, and manage setbacks with flexibility and realistic expectations.
As someone who also has ADHD, I truly understand the challenges that come with it — and I show up to every session with empathy, curiosity, and real-life perspective.
I’m an ACC-certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Board Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE). I hold a masters degree in Special Education and completed Jodi Sleeper-Triplett’s JST Coaching and Training program in life and ADHD/neurodiversity coaching.
Do you or your child struggle with any of these common challenges?
